own graphic design company registered as “Graphics Circle” and ran the company successfully for 37 years. During this period, she took an interest in Chinese painting and took part time instruction under a well-known Chinese artist called Chao Shao An. This gave her the appetite for painting, but commitments forced her to concentrate on her business which she eventually sold in 2010.Moved to Melbourne, Australia where she studied Food Science and Technology. Met her British husband and moved back to the UK in 2014. As they were both retired, she decided to return to her art studies in both acrylic/pastel and has made very rapid progress using a realist painting style on subjects including both portrait and wildlife. Her vision and feeling of the subject(s) is reflected in producing high quality detailed paintings which gives her great satisfaction.hewUK
